2017 Pierre Bise Anjou Blanc

100% Chenin Blanc

Anjou, Loire Valley, France

The signature of this Terroir is the subtle Combination of power, brought by sandstone, and volume, brought by the schist. The perception of acidity comes at the finish, bringing freshness, and is nicely combined with a soft bitterness. Slow pneumatic pressing. Long must settling of 24 to 48 hours. Long Fermentations (Alcoholic and malolactic) in stainless steel vats with wild yeasts and no chaptalization.

2018 Penner-Ash Viognier

On the nose, delicate hints of honeysuckle and jasmine blend harmoniously with lively aromas of key lime and apple. The palate further complements these aromas with fresh honeycomb sweetness that is quickly curbed by notes of just picked green apple, creating the perfect balanced acidity in every sip. 100% Stainless Steel aged.

2017 Penner-Ash Willamette Valley Pinot Noir

100% Pinot Noir

Willamette Valley, Oregon

Savory notes of oak mixed with red cherry, cedar spice, and dried rose petals, followed by subtle hints of tobacco. Its structured sweetness gives way to fresh and earthy notes followed by a lasting finish. 2014 Frédéric Mabileau “Eclipse” Cabernet Franc

100% Cabernet Franc

AOP St Nicolas de Bourgeil, Loire Valley, France

This cuvée is produced only in exceptional vintages, same than when the sun align with the moon. The 11th version of Eclipse display an incomparable intensity only found in exceptional wines. We experience in this wine what Cabernet Franc is capable of, delivering deep blackcurrant and blueberry noted combined elegantly with fine line of acidity. The delightful flowery notes of violet, so proper to the Cabernet Franc, marry up perfectly with a powerful yet integrated tannin structure. Due to the long ageing and the barrel fermentation the oak is perfectly integrated and is just here to underline the Terroir. Certified organic. Aged 22 months in French Oak.
