100% Chenin Blanc

Anjou, Loire, France

Certified organic. Manual harvest. Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel vats, indigenous yeasts used for fermentation. Aging in stainless steel vats. Freshness, tension and minerality characterize this precise and straight dry white wine, harvested on the shale lands of Anjou. Works as an aperitif as well as with grilled fish and seafood.

2016 Aubaï Mema “Roc Rouge”

95% Cabernet Sauvignon & 5% Syrah

Coteaux du Pont du Gard, France

Certified organic. Medium ruby in color. The nose is bright with blackcurrant, cassis, blackberry, black cherry & loganberry. Ripe & soft in the mouth with fresh ripe fruit, creamy liquorice & a touch of anise. A medium-plus body and a fleshy, textured long finish. The Syrah undergoes carbonic maceration.

2015 Domaine Aubaï Mema “La Douzieme”

95% Syrah & 5% Viognier

Gard IGP, France

Certified organic. The grapes are hand-picked, de-stemmed and vinified together in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to pursue a complete vinification with natural yeasts only. The wine is then matured in French oak barrels for 9 months. Deep, young color. Refined nose driven by plum, cherry and peach with a spicy touch of garrigue. Chewy, powerful palate with aromatic depth placing rich, suave Mediterranean flavors to the fore.
