Drappier Blanc de Noir Zero Dosage

100% Pinot Noir

Urville, Champagne, France


Vermilion gold in color. Nose of freshly pressed black grapes, of red, white and citrus fruits. Ample palate with flesh of vineyard peach and bouquet of aromatic herbs. Small spicy notes in the finish. A fine, tightly knit Champagne of great purity. Bone dry. Aged 30 months after bottling. 0 g/L dosage.



Vadin-Plateau “Renaissance” Premier Cru Extra Brut

 100% Pinot Meunier

Vallée de la Marne, Champagne, France


Vadin-Plateau, located in Cumieres in the Vallée de la Marne, has been around since 1785, yet few people have heard of them. Their non-vintage "Renaissance" cuvée is 100% Meunier, and offers rich fruit flavors of pear and strawberry with a light yeastiness. The acidity is not as high as with many Champagnes, meaning the finish is round and soft, making this an ideal Champagne for consumers that aren't looking for something exceptionally dry. Nicely balanced, enjoy this over the next two to three years with veal filet or chicken with a mushroom sauce. Aged on the lees for 2 years, 3 g/L dosage.



Barnaut Grand Cru Brut Reserve

67% Pinot Noir & 33% Chardonnay

Bouzy, Champagne, France


Vivid yellow with a strong bead. Nutty apple, pear and orange aromas are deepened by smoky minerals and dried flowers. Fleshy orchard fruit flavors possess chewy texture, medium weight and gentle minerality. This rich wine is a good match for a buttery fish course. Aged in bottle for 4 years. 6 g/L dosage.



Ruinart Blanc des Blancs Brut

100% Chardonnay

Reims, Champagne, France


The blend is 100% Chardonnay from various years (20 to 25% of which are reserve wines from the 2 previous years). At first very intense on the nose, with fresh fruit notes, particularly ripe citrus fruits. A second refined floral nose with notes of white flowers and fruits (white peaches, pineapple). A supple, harmonious attack on the palate, very rounded. Beautiful pale golden yellow color with gentle green reflections, a vibrant, luminous color. Active effervescence with a persistent release of bubbles. Vinosity that is not excessive, supported by excellent freshness. Notes of nectarines, citrus fruits with a pleasant mineral quality in the finish. Long, very refreshing finish. 9 g/L dosage.



2018 Eva Fricke Extra Brut Rosé Sekt

100% Pinot Noir

German Sparkling Wine


Notes of strawberry, blackcurrant and brioche, this extra brut is creamy and intense with a fine bead. Cherry blossoms and raspberries, & delicate notes of brioche, fruity, juicy lightness, dry mineral finish. This was made at the Raumland facility using Méthode Champenoise technique with 22 months on the lees and only 2 g/l dosage.



Billecart-Salmon Demi-Sec

33% Chardonnay, 33% Pinot Noir, & 33% Meunier

Champagne, France


It has a beautiful, pale gold color, emitting a constant procession of fine, regular and persistent bubbles in the glass. On the nose it is lively with a hint of delicate white flowers which evolve towards aromas of buttered brioche. This Demi-Sec champagne is full-flavored and is a reference for its perfect balance between sugar, alcohol and acidity. Ideal when served with patisseries or chocolate cake; it also turns a brioche afternoon snack into a unique experience. Dosage 40 g/L.
