Complimentary Wine Tasting

Friday, June 12th from 5-7pm

This week, Nate Harry from Advintage!

Nate will be pouring…

2019 Stefano Massone “Masera” Gavi di Gavi

100% Cortese

Gavi di Gavi DOCG, Piedmont, Italy

Straw yellow with slight greenish reflections. On the nose, it is a delicate wine, but persistent aromas of fruits and flowers make it particularly elegant. On the palate, it is dry with crisp acidity and a pleasant mineral flavor. Gavi is excellent as an aperitif, perfect with starters such as fish and shellfish dishes.

2019 Domaine Montrose Rosé

65% Grenache, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, & 10% Syrah

Languedoc, France

A light pink colored wine. Red berries and citrus flavors on the nose. An elegant rosé with roundness and freshness that are appreciated while young. Enjoy chilled on its own or with grilled fish, sushis, grilled meats or salads. Unoaked.

2018 Heron Pinot Noir

100% Pinot Noir

California AVA

Deep garnet in color, the nose of this wine is beautifully perfumed, suggesting violets, star anise, raspberry coulis, and earthy mineral notes. The palate exhibits juicy black cherry and berry flavors. The finish is long and elegant, offering hints of exotic spice. Wadenswill is a clone which lends flavors of mouthwatering sour cherry and crushed strawberries, while Pommard 4 provides earthiness. The wine has soft tannins from the cool climate selection and finishes with balanced acidity, light bodied tannins and a soft, silky finish. Aged in neutral oak for 12 months.

2017 Trig Point Merlot

100% Merlot

Diamond Dust Vineyard, Alexander Valley, Sonoma, California

The Diamond Dust Vineyard lies just south of the town of Geyserville in the renowned Alexander Valley wine region. Its old, low vigor vines consistently produce Merlot with more power and depth than typically found in the appellation. The Diamond Dust Vineyard is perfect for Merlot. Deep, ripe black cherry fruit in the nose with juicy raspberry and blackberry flavors. The mid-palate is full and round with soft tannins and good structure. Aged for 12 months in 25% new French oak and 75% used French oak.
