2017 Tangent Sauvignon Blanc
100% Sauvignon Blanc
Edna Valley, California
Our rare example of a cool climate Sauvignon Blanc is bright and racy. Full of flavors of zesty citrus, guava and passionfruit with a chalky minerality and a hint of salinity. This wine highlights all the benefits of our cool climate estate vineyard, ideal for growing this vibrant varietal. We like to think of this wine as the perfect combination of Sauvignon Blancs from New Zealand and Sancerre – bursting with fruit flavors and balanced with the perfect amount of racy acidity. Stainless steel fermented with no oak influence or malolactic fermentation.
2016 Outlot Chardonnay
100% Chardonnay
Sonoma County, California
Light golden yellow in color, the Outlot Chardonnay has a nose reminiscent of warm apple pie with hints of cardamom, toffee and acacia blossoms. The luscious, creamy entry on the palate leads to waves of honeycomb, honeycrisp apple, peach, and a touch of apricot, finishing with rich butterscotch flavors and a kiss of vanilla. A truly handsome wine. The grapes were harvested in the morning and whole cluster pressed before fermentation in oak barrels. The wine was aged 12 months in French oak barrels.
2017 Pedroncelli “Friends.Red” Blend
A singular combination of Merlot, Zinfandel, and Syrah.

From the fruity aromas to the lingering finish, our friends.red showcases the aromas of blueberry and warm spice. Flavors of ripe blueberry, black plum, hints of vanilla and black pepper spice accent the taste. It is a mellow, harmonious wine with a spicy finish and soft smooth tannins. Aged for 11 months in small American oak barrels, 30% new oak. This amount of time allows the wine to take on some complexity from the oak but not too much—this is an approachable wine with smoothness from start to finish.
2017 Outlot Cabernet Sauvignon
91% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Malbec, & 2% Petit Verdot
Alexander Valley, Sonoma, California
In part due to the contribution of the Malbec and Petit Verdot in this wine, the Outlot Cabernet Sauvignon is a deep inky purple. The rich nose shows luscious black fruits with dark chocolate notes and hints of black pepper. The dense palate is full bodied with blackberry compote, cassis, mild sweet smoky oak, and spiciness that carry through to a firm finish with well-proportioned fine-grained tannins.
