Nate will be pouring:

2017 Raventos i Blanc Sparkling

40% Xarel-lo, 32% Macabeu, and 28% Parellada

Conca del Riu Anoia, Catalunya

Blanc de Blancs is a sparkling wine marked by the typicity of its place of origin, the Vinya del Llac, a vineyard over 40 years’ old, which allows us to obtain a structured, fresh and complex sparkling wine. Primary fermentation in tank by parcels. Sur lie aging in bottle of at least 18 months after the secondary fermentation before disgorgement with no dosage.

2018 Castelfeder Vom Stein Pinot Bianco

100% Pinot Blanc

Alto Adige DOC, Italy

This youthful fresh wine makes a very elegant impression. Greenish-yellow to bright yellow color with delicate fruity and floral aromas together with mature apples prevalent in the bouquet. Its lively style combined with a balanced acidity accompanies this wine through its harmonious finish. Good accompaniment with all sort of appetizers, as well as asparagus dishes, seafood, pork or veal. Handpicked, gentle pressing, alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel, 6 months storage on fine lees.

2018 Lapis Luna Zinfandel

80% Zinfandel & 20% Sangiovese

North Coast AVA, California

Fruity, smooth and delicious, this medium-bodied wine overflows with blueberry, blackberry and raspberry flavors that are very fresh and almost as charming as the engraved-style label. Made with an addition of 20% Sangiovese, the wine is still low in tannins and smooth in texture. Barrel aged 10 months in 10% new French and American oak.

2016 Gehricke Cabernet Sauvignon

87% Cabernet Sauvignon, 11% Malbec, & 2% Petite Verdot

Knights Valley, Sonoma, California

From the first swirl, the aromas are tantalizing. A big spicy opening leads to white pepper, licorice, pencil lead shavings and paprika sustained by a cloud of fresh blackberry juice. The flavors are complex and showcase the perfect balance of fruit and spice with blackberry juice and black licorice being the frontrunners. The wine has tenacity and verve as it bounces off the palate with great freshness. Integrated nicely with French Oak, this is a wine that will continue to age nicely, growing more complex and softening with time. Aged 18 months in French oak.
